Fix cracks, restore surfaces, and extend the life of your existing concrete.

Even the best concrete eventually shows wear. Cracks appear. Surfaces chip or spall. Settling creates uneven sections and trip hazards. The good news is that many concrete problems can be repaired without tearing everything out and starting over. Professional repair and restoration can add years to your concrete and save you thousands compared to full replacement.
Concrete damage comes in many forms. Here are the issues we see most often:
The cause of damage determines the best repair method. Some issues are cosmetic and easy to fix. Others signal deeper problems that need more extensive work. We inspect your concrete, identify the root cause, and recommend the most cost-effective solution.
Small cracks can be filled with epoxy or polyurethane sealants that bond to the concrete and prevent water from getting in. For wider cracks, we may use a routing and sealing method where we widen the crack slightly, clean it out, and fill it with a flexible sealant. Structural cracks that indicate movement need more involved repairs like stitching with steel or carbon fiber reinforcement.
If the surface is damaged but the base is solid, we can apply a concrete overlay or resurfacing product. This involves grinding down the old surface, applying a bonding agent, and troweling on a thin layer of new concrete or polymer-modified resurfacer. The result looks like new concrete without the cost of replacement.
When slabs settle and become uneven, mudjacking (also called slabjacking) can lift them back into place. We drill small holes in the slab, pump a grout mixture underneath to fill voids, and raise the slab to the correct level. It's fast, affordable, and avoids tearing out and replacing large sections of concrete. This works great for sidewalks and walkways with trip hazards.
If damage is localized to one or two slabs, we can cut out and replace just those sections. This is common for driveways and patios where a few areas are badly cracked but the rest is fine. We remove the damaged section, prep the base, pour new concrete, and finish it to match the existing surface as closely as possible.
Repair makes sense when the damage is limited and the underlying structure is sound. If your concrete has a few cracks, minor surface wear, or isolated settling, repair is usually the smarter and more affordable option. You save time, money, and avoid the mess of a full tear-out.
Replacement is necessary when the concrete is extensively damaged, the base has failed, or the concrete is too thin or weak to repair. If you have widespread cracking, major settling throughout, or the concrete is crumbling in multiple areas, starting fresh is often the better long-term investment.
We'll give you an honest assessment. If repair will only buy you a year or two, we'll recommend replacement. If a repair will give you another decade of service, we'll tell you that too. Our goal is to solve your problem in the most practical way, not upsell you on work you don't need. For new installations, check out our concrete driveway services.
Good maintenance prevents many problems and extends the life of your concrete. Here's what you can do:
Keep it clean. Sweep or hose off dirt, leaves, and debris regularly. Oil, grease, and chemicals can stain and damage the surface, so clean spills quickly. Use a mild detergent and water for most stains. Avoid harsh acids unless absolutely necessary.
Seal your concrete every few years. A good sealer protects against moisture, stains, and surface wear. It also makes cleaning easier and can enhance the appearance of colored or decorative concrete.
Address minor cracks early. Small cracks can be sealed before they grow into bigger problems. If you see cracks developing, call us for an inspection before water gets in and causes more damage.
We'll inspect it and give you honest advice on the best solution. Repair or replacement, we handle both. Get a free quote today.
