We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to project requirements that fall outside our expertise or safety concerns.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, or changes requested by you during the project.

A written agreement or contract must be signed before work begins. By signing, you agree to the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms outlined in the agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, we require:

• A deposit before work begins (usually 25-50% of total cost)
• Progress payments at specified milestones for larger projects
• Final payment upon project completion and your satisfaction

Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in suspension of work and additional fees.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeline provided in your agreement. However, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact on your schedule.

Your Responsibilities

• Obtain any necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

• Keep pets and children away from the work area for safety
• Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement and may vary depending on the type of work performed. Our typical warranty covers:

• Workmanship defects for a specified period (usually 1-3 years)
• Structural integrity issues related to our installation

Changes and Cancellations

Changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional costs or timeline adjustments. If you need to cancel or postpone your project:

• Cancellations more than 7 days before work starts: Full deposit refund minus administrative fees
• Cancellations within 7 days: 50% deposit refund
• Cancellations after work has begun: No refund, payment due for work completed

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address them. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication may be subject to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
