All services are subject to a signed written estimate and agreement. No work begins without written authorization from the customer.
Estimates provided by ZeroHassle Pomona Concrete are based on information gathered during an on-site visit. Written estimates are provided at no cost and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Estimates are not guarantees of final cost if unforeseen site conditions (e.g., underground utilities, soil anomalies, or concealed damage) are discovered during work. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding.
For jobs that require permits under City of Pomona or applicable jurisdiction building codes, ZeroHassle Pomona Concrete will obtain the necessary permits on your behalf unless otherwise specified in writing. Permit fees are passed through to the customer at cost. Permit timelines are determined by the issuing municipality and are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by permit review periods.
Payment terms are outlined in each written estimate and agreement. Standard terms include a deposit due at contract signing, with the balance due upon completion of work or as otherwise specified in writing. Accepted payment methods are listed in your agreement.
Overdue balances may accrue interest as permitted by California law. Failure to pay may result in a mechanics lien being filed against the property where work was performed, as permitted under California Civil Code Section 8400 et seq.
ZeroHassle Pomona Concrete warrants its workmanship against defects in materials and labor for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion, unless otherwise specified in the written agreement. This warranty does not cover:
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, ZeroHassle Pomona Concrete's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services or this Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
